Position: Customer Support Representative – Betting Project (German & English)

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for an online betting platform.
• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and offline messaging.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and platform services.

Requirements:

• German: Minimum B2 level
• English: Minimum B1 level
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours:

• 24/7 operations with rotating shifts aligned with German time. The corresponding shift schedule in Georgian time (GET) is as follows:

  • 09:00–18:00

  • 16:00–01:00

  • 01:00–09:00

• Offline message support between 00:00 and 09:00 (German time).
