• Handling sales
• Customer on-boarding
• Document verification of a loan portfolio
• Daily contact with the customer via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries regarding the company's products and services
• Identify sales opportunities based on customer needs
• Provide professional customer service to new as well as current customers

Your qualifications

💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

🎓 Experience in customer support and/or customer databases - sales experience is an advantage

💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.

💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills with extraordinary inter-personal relationship building skills. You must have good communicative skills and the confidence of a sales man.

🥇 Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
