German-Speaking Customer Service Representative, Digital Advertising

Join a customer service team supporting social media advertising platforms. You will support customers in German and English, using your paid campaign and digital marketing background in a dynamic advertising technology environment.

Key points

• Languages: German and English
• Schedule: Initially Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 19:00, on two shifts (07:00 to 16:00 or 10:00 to 19:00). At a later date, to be confirmed by the client, the schedule will change to 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off
• Compensation: Monthly gross salary paid over 14 months, plus a net meal allowance for each working day and a complexity bonus
• Relocation: Relocation support provided, including access to shared accommodation with other employees for a limited period, with utilities included. The accommodation cost is deducted directly from the monthly payslip

Requirements

• Previous experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service program within an advertising technology company
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A degree in Marketing or a related field
• Proficiency in German and English
