German-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Location: Windhoek, Namibia (Office-Based)

Our client is seeking German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their dynamic team in Windhoek. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight enquiries and reservations
• Manage flight bookings, amendments, and re-bookings
• Provide professional after-sales support
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all customer interactions
• Maintain service quality standards and performance targets

Minimum Requirements

• C1 proficiency in German (spoken and written)
• Fluent English communication skills
• Grade 12 / Matric qualification
• Grade 11/ NQF level 3 - Must 21 years or older with 1 to 2 years or 2 to 3 years working experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Namibian citizen, permanent resident, or domicile resident
• Willing and able to work rotational shifts

Package & Benefits

Salary: N$26,500 CTC per month

Additional Benefits:

• Relocation allowance: N$5,000, only applicable if you reside in Namibia currently
• Shift allowance: N$15 per hour worked between 20:00 and 07:00
• 21 working days annual leave per annum
• 30 days sick leave over a 36-month cycle
• 4 months paid maternity leave
• Overtime paid in accordance with the Labour Act
• Flight benefits of up to 90% discount for employees and their immediate family
• Performance bonus opportunities

Working Hours

Rotational shifts including:

• 05:00 – 13:30
• 06:00 – 14:30
• 08:00 – 16:30
• 09:00 – 17:30
• 10:30 – 19:00
• 13:30 – 22:00
• 15:30 – 24:00
