German-Speaking Customer Support Agent

Join an international customer support team and work remotely from anywhere in Greece. You'll assist German-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat, answer their questions, and help resolve issues.

Work model: Remote within Greece
This role is remote within Greece. Candidates based outside Greece must relocate to Greece before their start date. Full relocation package is available.
Working Schedule: Rotating shifts, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shift
Base salary: €1,300 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
Performance bonus: Up to €240 per month, depending on the project and achievement of performance targets.
Relocation Package: a flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation, and coverage of the real estate agency fee.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries in German by phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers with product and service questions, orders, and account requests.
• Resolve complaints and work with internal teams when an issue needs further support.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system and follow service and quality standards.

What You'll Need

• German proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above for training and internal communication.
• Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to be based in Greece by your start date and work remotely from within Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.

Training and Relocation Support

You'll receive structured onboarding and training. If you're moving to Greece for the role and qualify for relocation support, the package includes a flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation, and coverage of the real estate agency fee.
