German-Speaking Financial Customer Support Advisor | Athens

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an international team in Greece, assisting customers with payment, billing and account-related enquiries.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, chat and email;
• Answer questions about payments, refunds, billing and financing options;
• Support customers with checkout and finance-agreement processes;
• Handle account verification issues and complaints;
• Document cases accurately and follow internal procedures.

Requirements:

• German – C1
• English – C1
• High school diploma;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Working conditions:

• Full-time employment – 40 hours/week;
• Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 19:00;
• Indefinite employment contract;
• Six-month probation period;
• Paid training, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00;
• Relocation support, including travel arrangements and four weeks of Airbnb accommodation.

Salary and benefits:

• Base salary: €950 gross/month
• Language bonus: €350 gross/month
• Performance bonus of up to 10% of gross salary after three months, based on KPIs;
• €500 welcome bonus after three months;
• €250 retention bonus after six months;
• €5 meal allowance per working day;
• Easter and summer bonuses, each equal to half a month's salary;
• Christmas bonus equal to one month's salary;
• Health insurance from the start date;
• Learning platform and assistance with employment documentation.
