Responsibilities - Tasks
Are you passionate about technology and helping people? We're looking for a German-Speaking Helpdesk Analyst to join our international team and provide first-level IT support to our clients. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and learning new technologies, this role could be a great fit for you. No advanced technical background is required.What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for users experiencing IT-related issues
- Support customers via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Help troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access-related problems
- Provide support in both German and English
- Document and track incidents in the ticketing system
- Escalate more complex issues to specialist teams when needed
- Keep users informed throughout the resolution process
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving
Requirements
What We're Looking For- Professional working proficiency in German and English
- Upper secondary school leaving certificate (Fachhochschulreife / Abitur / Matura)
- Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment (24/7)
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn IT concepts
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 365
