We're looking for a German-speaking Sales Support Specialist to join an international team in Bulgaria.

What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day sales operations and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
- Assist with billing and operational queries.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Help ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Professional proficiency in German and English.
- Experience in Sales Support, Customer Support, Customer Service, Sales Operations, BPO, or a similar role.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is an advantage).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
