German-Speaking Solution Consultant
- Support the implementation of retail planning solutions for German-speaking clients
- Work with client teams to understand business requirements around planning, replenishment, and forecasting processes
- Translate business needs into system configuration and solution design
- Participate in workshops, testing, and go-live support for new projects
- Collaborate with project managers and senior consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Communicate confidently with client stakeholders in German and English
- German language proficiency at C1 level
- English language proficiency at C1 level
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Interest in or exposure to ERP, planning, or forecasting topics
- Comfortable working with data and business processes
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, client-facing mindset
- Openness to working in either a functional/business-consulting capacity or a more technical solution-engineering capacity
- Prior exposure to ERP, planning, or forecasting topics
- Prior experience with retail planning, supply chain, or ERP systems
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing project role
