Produce timely, fact-based German news coverage on crypto, finance, technology, and AI; review and improve German site localization and UI quality; track market performance to inform content strategy; and monitor German crypto, fintech, regulatory, competitor, and audience trends using verified sources and a neutral journalistic tone.
Responsibilities
- Write and publish 3–4 German news articles daily on crypto, finance, technology, and AI.
- Source relevant German and European news, regulatory developments, and market-specific angles.
- Review German site UI, navigation, buttons, pages, and error messages for linguistic and cultural accuracy.
- Coordinate localization fixes and propose German-market improvements.
- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, and article performance.
- Use performance data to inform content strategy and evaluate German market growth.
- Monitor German crypto, fintech, regulatory, competitor, and audience trends.
- Use primary and verified sources for timely, fact-based coverage.
- Maintain a neutral, non-promotional journalistic tone.
Requirements
- Native German fluency and strong professional English.
- 2+ years of experience in the crypto industry.
- 2+ years of professional writing experience in Germany or the DACH region.
- Proven news writing experience and sound news judgment.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency fundamentals, the German market, and crypto-market responses to macroeconomic and regulatory events.
- Experience covering financial markets, technology, or breaking news.
- Comfort with Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar analytics tools.
- Strong sourcing, verification, SEO, localization, and cultural-nuance skills.
- Familiarity with WordPress, CMS localization workflows, formatting tools, and AI-assisted research tools.
- Ability to produce 3–4 high-quality articles per day independently and report on market performance with limited oversight.
- Understanding of legal and compliance considerations for financial-market coverage.
