¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Liderazgo de la operativa diaria de transporte, atendiendo y resolviendo incidencias de los servicios
Control de la calidad de los servicios propios y alquilados, en especial estado y limpieza de los vehículos
Gestión de servicios discrecionales, rutas escolares, grupos, etc. y revisión del cumplimiento.
Transmisión al personal de conducción la información diaria sobre las rutas asignadas, generando un buen clima y manteniendo la motivación
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
Experiencia previa en puestos operativos, preferiblemente en transporte o logística.
Manejo de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde y realizar guardias de fin de semana en remoto (aprox. 1 vez cada 5 semanas).
