With good pay, extensive benefits and a family atmosphere, we are looking for a team manager to oversee all areas of the gift shop, serving, running the register and leading a team to deliver excellence for every guest.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: Salary based on experience
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age
Reports to: Financial Controller
As the Gift Shop Manager, you will oversee all facets of the retail gift shop, creating a space to maximize the marketing of our merchandise, and developing your team to assist our guests with excellent service.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day to day operation of the Resort’s Gift Shop
- Approve payroll for all associates in the Gift Shop
- Prepare weekly schedules for Gift Shops
- Order Merchandise for resale in the Gift Shops
- Reconcile invoices to orders received
- Attend Pre Conference meetings as needed
- Assist guests with purchases and run cash/ card register
