GIS Analyst

Preference:

•Experience working with utility asset information – particularly electric distribution

•Experience working with other systems including work and document management

•Understanding of data management and quality principles

Qualifications Required:

•Demonstrated customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) including proven ability to work in a team environment.

•Demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

•Strong attention to detail.

•Proficient with computer applications.

•Highly motivated with ability to take an assignment and progress independently.

•Other Asset Data and Analytics team members, Operations Support personnel

More electric experience requested as compared to ARCGIS experience. We can teach the ARCGIS experience, but the electric experience is valuable when a virtual walk down of the electricity distribution system occurs to confirm the connectivity model. The connectivity model is a simple way of indicating that all of the components on the electric distribution system align
