Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and maintain GIS datasets.

  • Process raster and vector data.

  • Automate GIS workflows using Python.

  • Manage PostGIS databases and perform spatial analysis.

  • Build vector tile pipelines and integrate GIS with web applications.

  • Ensure data quality, documentation, and OGC compliance.

  • Collaborate with development teams on geospatial solutions.

Required Skills

  • GIS: QGIS (Mandatory), ArcGIS Pro (Preferred)

  • Spatial Analysis, CRS, Georeferencing, Raster & Vector Processing

  • PostgreSQL, PostGIS, SQL

  • Python, GeoPandas, GDAL/OGR, Shapely, Rasterio

  • MapLibre GL JS, GeoJSON, Vector Tiles (MVT)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geoinformatics, Geography, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Remote Sensing, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of GIS experience.

  • Knowledge of spatial data, geospatial analysis, and large GIS datasets.

Preferred Experience

Urban planning, land use, environmental data, transportation networks, cadastral maps, OpenStreetMap, or remote sensing.
