Summary
The GKYC Data Analyst role is essential for supporting a GKYC program by providing data analytics, design, and development expertise. The primary objective is to ensure accurate and effective data management in line with financial services compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the GKYC program with comprehensive data analytics and reporting.
Design and develop data models to enhance data quality and management.
Collaborate with various business areas to implement necessary changes.
Produce reports using Power BI to visualize data insights.
Engage in stakeholder management across IT, Architecture, and Financial Crime teams.
Ensure compliance with AML/CTF, KYC regulations, and monitor transactions.
Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to maintain data accuracy.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in data management or data quality within the financial services industry.
Proficiency in advanced SQL, Python, R, Java, and Scala.
Understanding of data taxonomy and experience building small data models.
Expertise in Power BI for report generation.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience with financial crime compliance (AML/CTF, KYC, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing).
Nice to Have:
Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
Background in data migration and integration projects.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
