Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and global engineering teams.
• Support customer design-in activities, including hardware integration, software development, system validation, and production readiness.
• Assist customers with module configuration, application development, connectivity enablement, and feature implementation.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, firmware, networking, and wireless communication layers.
• Collaborate with product management, R&D, quality, and testing teams to drive issue resolution and project execution.
• Conduct technical training, product demonstrations, and customer workshops.
• Develop technical documentation, application notes, troubleshooting guides, and customer-facing presentations.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support throughout the product lifecycle.
