*Job Description

*Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities and workers.

*Monitor construction work according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

*Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and site workers.

*Inspect workmanship and ensure work meets required quality standards.

*Monitor manpower, materials and equipment at the worksite.

*Ensure compliance with workplace safety, WSH requirements and relevant Singapore regulations.

*Conduct site inspections and toolbox meetings.

*Identify and resolve site issues and report progress to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.

*Maintain daily site records, attendance and progress reports.
