Global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee business operations across Asia Pacific (AP) offices to ensure efficient project execution and alignment with regional business objectives.
- Drive operational excellence by establishing best practices, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring governance for Global ABM and Meetings & Events (M&E) initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with regional and local stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and delivery of projects.
- Drive regional business development initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the Meetings & Events (M&E) and Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to support business growth and enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic support for regional sales initiatives, including client engagements, business proposals, and presentations.
- Oversee the preparation and quality of operational documentation, reports, and event-related deliverables.
- Act as the key liaison between regional and local offices to ensure effective communication, alignment of business priorities, and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Support the development and execution of regional business strategies to drive the growth of the Global Business Solutions (GBS) business.
- Monitor business performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
Experience& Skill-set required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate sales within the travel, MICE, or Meetings & Events industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Meetings & Events (M&E) industry and corporate sales.
- Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across regional teams.
- Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to new business systems.
- Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage where required to support clients and business partners.
