Description
The Role
You will lead Noventiq’s global AWS/Multi-cloud Cloud Infrastructure business with primary focus on Services around migration, modernization and core infrastructure services. Your will ensure every qualified Cloud Infrastructure deal in every region has the right solution, commercials and funding to close with increased Gross Profit.
What will you do
- Close deals across regions (primary focus). Be the global Cloud Infrastructure specialist for regional Sales and Pre-Sales teams. Get involved early on qualified deals, shape the solution and commercials, join customer meetings, and drive close plans for the top opportunities. Build every deal with AWS MAP and any other funding in mind.
- Build the practice and offerings. Build a portfolio of packaged, repeatable offerings with the Cloud CoE and delivery teams. Priorities: migration assessments and business cases, data centre exit, VMware migration, Windows/SQL Server and Oracle modernization, Azure/GCP to AWS, Co-lo o AWS, Landing Zones and cloud foundations, containers, and legacy modernization.
- Drive GTM and enablement. Own the global GTM plan: target segments, priority accounts and regional plays. Give sellers playbooks, pitch decks, battlecards and pricing guidance, and train them regularly so they can qualify and position deals on their own.
- Own the numbers. Own the global Cloud Infrastructure pipeline, forecast, bookings targets and overall GP of the Cloud Infrastructure Practice. Set pricing and margin guardrails, approve deal commercials, and report performance in the monthly Services Vertical Review.
- Own proposals, SoWs and handoff. Sign off on every proposal and SoW for scope, assumptions, commercial model and risk. Make sure delivery gets a clean handoff, and track each deal’s margin through delivery.
What you Bring
- 10+ years in IT services / cloud sales, solution sales or practice leadership, including 5+ years in cloud migration and infrastructure modernization.
- A track record of closing large, complex migration deals, ideally at an AWS partner.
- Strong command of AWS migration methodology (MAP, 7Rs, business cases) and funding programs.
- Experience building and pricing services offerings and owning revenue and margin targets.
- Experience writing SoWs and negotiating fixed-price engagements.
- Experience working as an overlay with sales teams across multiple countries.
