To know more about us <a href="https://www.visteon.com/company/about-us/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">click here</a>.</div><div><br /></div><div>Mission of the Role: Strengthen the effectiveness of Global Business Services (GBS) by providing structured process visibility, analytical insights, and standardized improvement inputs across end-to-end finance operations, while building cross-functional expertise within the GBS model.</div><div><br /></div><div>Key Objectives of this Role: </div><div><br /></div><div>Ensure consistent visibility of process performance across O2C, P2P, and R2R</div><ul><li>Supports standardized KPI tracking within defined process areas</li><li>Produces clear, structured reporting on KPI’s and Department Plan for CAO and CFO</li><li>Advises on perceived performance gaps using consistent GBS framework standards</li><li>Provides decision-ready visibility to process owners and leadership </li></ul><div>Identify and structure improvement opportunities within GBS processes</div><ul><li>Frames operational issues into clearly defined improvement cases</li><li>Quantifies drivers of inefficiency (manual work, rework, process variation)</li><li>Structures inputs that enable prioritization of improvement initiatives</li><li>Aligns identified opportunities with existing GBS priorities and initiatives </li></ul><div>Support the development of structured requirements for automation and process changes</div><ul><li>Translates operational needs into clear, documented business requirements</li><li>Ensures requirements are aligned with standardized process definitions</li><li>Incorporates SAP system constraints and existing workflows into requirement design</li><li>Produces inputs that can be directly used by IT and digital teams for execution </li></ul><div>Promote consistency and standardization across finance processes</div><ul><li>Identifies process deviations and non-standard practices across teams</li><li>Documents standardized approaches and contributes to process documentation updates</li><li>Reduces variability by clarifying definitions, steps, and expected outputs</li><li>Proposes changes to current processes based on identified gaps </li></ul><div>Build cross-process knowledge and increase scope of responsibility over time</div><ul><li>Develops working knowledge across O2C, P2P, and R2R processes</li><li>Contributes structured inputs in leadership and operational forums</li><li>Demonstrates increasing autonomy in defined analytical and process areas</li><li>Builds personal capability to handle broader and more complex topics over time</li></ul><div>Qualification, Experience and Skills: </div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field</li><li>8+ years of experience in finance operations or shared services environments</li><li>Exposure to end-to-end finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R)</li><li>Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and business outcomes.</li><li>Experience in process analysis, reporting, or improvement initiatives</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of SAP and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI preferred)</li><li>Strong analytical structuring and problem-solving capability</li><li>Ability to translate operational challenges into structured insights and requirements</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills</li></ul><div>Reporting Structure: The Global Business Process Supervisor will report to the shared services leader and will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.</div><div><br /></div><div>Visteon Culture: If you thrive in a fast-paced, organizational culture that requires agility, adaptability, and a growth mindset from its employees to thrive and stay ahead of the curve Visteon is the place.
