Who is HammerTech?

As construction’s most trusted safety platform, HammerTech has a team focus where we build safer, smarter, better – together. Our workforce is committed to individual and team empowerment so that our innovative approach is sustained, the growth in our capability is continuous and we excel in enhancing safety within the construction industry.

Established in 2013, with the vision of becoming the international benchmark in online safety and quality management, HammerTech is now the leading choice for large construction companies, managing safety and quality for over 500,000 people on construction sites across Australia, New Zealand, North America and Europe.

We offer a hybrid working model to support an inclusive and balanced work culture.

To support the significant growth and development of the organization, we are seeking the expertise and capability of Global Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you’ll do at HammerTech

The Global Campaign Manager owns the execution of HammerTech’s integrated marketing campaigns across North America, Australia and UK/Ireland. Working from the campaign strategy and calendar set by this role turns plans into launched, measured programs; managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams and reporting on what drives pipeline.

The role also leads HammerTech’s account-based marketing (ABM) program, setting global ABM strategy and executing it directly in North America.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Project Management

  • Translate campaign strategy and timing into execution plans, briefs, timelines and owners for each global campaign
  • Project manage campaigns end to end across channels (email, paid, web, events, webinars, content syndication) keeping cross-functional contributors on track
  • Coordinate with regional marketing and sales teams in North America, Australia and UK/Ireland to localize and launch campaigns
  • Partner with Product Marketing to activate product launches and messaging within campaigns
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, and track campaign budgets

Performance & Reporting

  • Define campaign KPIs and success metrics with the Head of Product Marketing & Global Campaigns
  • Maintain dashboards covering engagement, pipeline and revenue influence
  • Report results to marketing and sales leadership with clear recommendations to optimize
  • Run post-campaign reviews and feed learnings into future planning

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Own global ABM strategy, including account selection, tiering and program design, in partnership with Regional Marketing Managers, Sales and RevOps
  • Execute the North America ABM program: targeted plays, personalized content and multi-touch outreach to priority accounts
  • Align with AEs and BDRs on target accounts, plays and follow-up to accelerate pipeline
  • Build an ABM playbook that Australia and UK/Ireland can adopt

Are you a good fit? Let’s start with the HammerTech Core Values:

Everyone at HammerTech lives by our company values of United, Innovative and Authentic and we hope you’ll help us bring these to life in your role.

While you may not come from construction or technology, we know you’ll fall in love with the industry. It’s known for passionate and caring people, team players and avid problem solvers who want to build a better world. With your help as Global Campaign Manager, we’ll help construction build safer, smarter, better—together.

Our ideal candidate will bring the following:

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) as well as project management systems (e.g., Asana)
  • Experience in construction technology, safety or another vertical SaaS market is a plus

And if you really want us to double back, you’ll have:

  • Strong project management: juggles many moving parts and deadlines without losing detail
  • Data-driven: comfortable building dashboards, reading attribution and turning results into recommendations
  • Results focused: speaks in language of marketing outcomes and results rather than process alone.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator who can brief agencies, align sales and present to leadership
  • Influences and collaborates across functions and time zones without direct authority
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Current and satisfactory National Criminal History Records check
