YOUR ROLE

CEVA France SASU is seeking a dedicated and proactive Global Customer Service Professional to join our Control Tower division located at our Courbevoie establishment. This role is integral to our Finished Vehicle Logistics operations and forms part of our dynamic Customer Service team.

As a Global Customer Service Professional, you will serve as a vital link between our international clients and internal logistics teams. Your expertise will ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams to deliver superior logistical support and resolve customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Manage global customer claims with accuracy and responsiveness, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a central point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing clear updates on claim statuses.
• Coordinate with internal departments including operations, compliance, and transport to liaise on claim investigations and logistics planning.
• Maintain detailed and precise records of claims and communication to support transparency and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyse claim trends to recommend enhancements in our service processes and to prevent reoccurrence.
• Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving customer service protocols and operational workflows.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

• Proven experience in customer service or claims management, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sectors.
