Global Cybersecurity Governance Analyst

The Global Cybersecurity Governance Analyst supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's cybersecurity governance program. This role is responsible for executing governance activities related to cybersecurity policies, standards, governance processes, controls monitoring, security awareness, governance reporting, High Value Information Asset (HVIA) governance, phishing simulation programs, policy exception management, and framework alignment. The Analyst partners with Cybersecurity, Global Technology, Legal, Data Privacy, Human Resources, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to promote governance effectiveness, maintain governance documentation, develop metrics and reporting, support audits and assessments, and drive adoption of cybersecurity governance requirements. The role also contributes to process modernization, governance automation initiatives, and emerging governance areas including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Non-Human Identity (NHI), and cybersecurity program maturity improvements.

  • Support the development, review, maintenance, and implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation.
  • Execute cybersecurity governance activities, including policy lifecycle management, governance reporting, controls monitoring, and exception management.
  • Support the administration and continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance programs, including High Value Information Asset (HVIA) governance, security awareness, phishing simulations, and governance communications.
  • Develop and maintain governance metrics, dashboards, reports, and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making.
  • Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Global Technology, Legal, Data Privacy, Human Resources, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to promote adoption of governance requirements and best practices.
  • Support cybersecurity audits, assessments, and regulatory activities through documentation management, evidence collection, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Assist with planning and delivery of cybersecurity awareness, role-based training, Cybersecurity Awareness Month activities, and phishing simulation campaigns.
  • Contribute to governance modernization initiatives, process improvements, automation efforts, and emerging governance areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, governance documentation, reporting, and cybersecurity frameworks preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, GRC, compliance, audit, risk management, policy management, cybersecurity awareness, or a related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, COBIT, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience developing policies, standards, procedures, governance documentation, reports, and executive presentations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with global cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, KnowBe4, GRC platforms, or governance reporting tools preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Security+, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $75.000 to $95,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday and personal days (totaling 12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
