Summary
Serve as the operational hub for the Global Data Center Team by independently coordinating complex projects, global events, vendor activities, and team operating processes. Partner closely with the Global Head of Data Centers and functional leaders to maintain visibility across priorities, anticipate needs, identify risks or gaps, and drive follow-through across regions and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Project Coordination & Operations
- Own and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and follow-up mechanisms across multiple active initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, escalate issues appropriately, and drive follow-up actions to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Coordinate project meetings, documentation, stakeholder communications, status reporting, priorities, interdependencies, and open decisions to support visibility and accountability.
Global Event & Logistics Operations
- Independently plan and coordinate logistics for annual Global Data Center Team meetings.
- Manage venues, travel, communications, registrations, shipping, materials, timelines, vendor deliverables, and post-event follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with Global Team, regional teams, event organizers, and external vendors to align requirements, resolve logistical issues, and ensure successful execution.
Team Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate operating activities for the Global Head of Data Centers and the broader Global Data Center Team, including meetings, communications, materials, expenses, common calendars, priorities, and follow-up actions.
- Use the Microsoft Office suite and related tools to keep priorities, vendor activities, documentation, shared resources, timelines, dependencies, and decisions visible, current, and accessible.
- Maintain and improve SharePoint sites, Teams channels, file organization, documentation standards, shared resources, and operating procedures to increase consistency and execution.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, project management, communications, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operational support, event coordination, vendor coordination, or a similar role requiring independent ownership of multiple concurrent priorities.
- Working knowledge of business operations, administrative processes, scheduling practices, expense coordination, and vendor coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functional or global teams.
- Experience working with external vendors, marketing agencies, content providers, illustration vendors, event organizers, or logistics partners.
- Relevant professional certification in project management, operations, or event coordination, such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational, logistics, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, meetings, vendors, travel, shipping, communications, materials, and competing priorities.
- Ability to identify operational gaps, anticipate needs, resolve issues, recommend improvements, and align stakeholders on risks, delays, decisions, and priorities.
- Strong communication skills to work professionally with leadership, regional teams, stakeholders, external vendors, and event partners.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across regions, time zones, and cultures.
- Customer-service mindset with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfort working independently while keeping team members informed and aligned.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $31 - $33 hourly with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
