Global EHS & ESG Manager

Purpose
The Global / Taiwan EHS & ESG Manager is responsible for establishing and governing EHS and ESG policies, management systems, and compliance frameworks across manufacturing and office locations. This role ensures consistent implementation of corporate standards, provides visibility of key risks and compliance issues to management, and consolidates ESG performance and reporting to support corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Establish and manage the site EHS management system to ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and corporate standards.
2. Oversee EHS regulatory compliance, environmental permits, government inspections, and statutory reporting requirements.
3. Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and Management of Change (MOC) activities to ensure EHS compliance for new equipment, processes, and chemical introductions.
4. Manage process safety, chemical safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, environmental protection, and waste management programs.
5. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, contractor safety management, and emergency response planning.
6. Partner with cross-functional teams to promote EHS culture, deliver training programs, drive audit readiness, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
