Primary Responsibilities
Lead global EHS&S audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Micron standards, and ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and RBA standards.
Coordinate audit activities across international sites and business partners.
Drive corrective actions, root cause analysis, and follow-up audits to address nonconformities.
Analyze audit data, identify trends and risks, and improve audit program effectiveness.
Utilize AI, digital tools, and data analytics to enhance audits, risk assessment, process connectivity, and management system performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for EHS&S management systems and support corporate sustainability goals.
Develop metrics, process maps, and performance indicators to strengthen system effectiveness and business alignment.
Coach and mentor auditors while building strong cross-functional partnerships globally.
Qualifications
Certified ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 50001 Lead Auditor from an accredited third party.
Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Experience leveraging AI and digital technologies for audit and process improvement initiatives preferred.
Strong analytical, root cause analysis, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Ability to work effectively across cultures, functions, and global locations.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related disciplines.
Experience
5+ years of EHS&S management system auditing experience, preferably in multinational corporations.
5+ years of EHS&S operational and management system experience in manufacturing, ideally semiconductor or electronics industries.
Strong knowledge of EHS&S compliance requirements, risk management, and manufacturing processes.
Proven track record in process improvement, audit management, stakeholder influence, and project execution.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
