Role Purpose
Lead international entity formation programmes from discovery through operational readiness while building scalable global delivery capability.
Core Responsibilities
Lead entity formation projects.
Advise on entity structures.
Manage external legal and tax partners.
Coordinate registrations and operational readiness.
Own client governance and delivery.
Develop playbooks and SOPs.
Support commercial scoping.
