Global Entity Formation & Expansion Specialist

Department: Client Services
Reports to: Chief Customer Officer

Role Purpose

Lead international entity formation programmes from discovery through operational readiness while building scalable global delivery capability.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead entity formation projects.

  • Advise on entity structures.

  • Manage external legal and tax partners.

  • Coordinate registrations and operational readiness.

  • Own client governance and delivery.

  • Develop playbooks and SOPs.

  • Support commercial scoping.

  • Drive quality, automation and continuous improvement.
