【Responsibilities】
Operational Leadership & Governance: Oversee daily team execution, workload distribution, performance tracking, and goal alignment through clear quarterly and annual KPIs.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge communication between front-end sales, back-end support, and external vendors to streamline workflows, resolve operational blockers, and elevate service efficiency.
• Team Coaching & Capability Building: Drive team excellence by establishing standard operating procedures, delivering ongoing training, and assisting with complex daily workflows.
• Performance Reporting & Risk Oversight: Analyze operational metrics to present monthly status updates to senior leadership while identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
• Agile Resource Allocation: Dynamically balance team priorities based on real-time business demands, client escalation needs, and operational urgencies.

【Requirements】

• Professional Experience: 5+ years in operational management or team leadership, ideally within Fintech, financial services, or online trading platforms.
• Domain Expertise: Strong familiarity with financial trading operations, transaction workflows, account reconciliation, or client service management.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Proven track record of managing third-party partners and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Language Proficiency: Business fluent in written and spoken English, capable of managing daily international stakeholder communications.
• Data Literacy: Proficient in Excel and system-based tools to analyze operational metrics, track KPIs, and drive continuous process improvements.
