Global Head of KOL Kraken Pro
You will build and lead Kraken Pro’s global KOL strategy, manage a regional business development team, and scale processes for sourcing, contracting, and managing KOLs. You will ensure compliance with financial influencer laws, negotiate partnerships, attract KOLs across trading categories, develop positioning and messaging, create local-first campaigns, define program benefits, and measure partnership performance.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the global KOL strategy and execution
- Manage a regionally focused business development team
- Scale KOL sourcing, contracting, and management processes
- Ensure compliance with financial influencer laws
- Enable the team to negotiate competitive KOL deals
- Attract KOLs across futures, margin, spot, and proprietary trading
- Develop KOL positioning and messaging
- Create local-first ideas with KOL partners
- Define and evolve KOL program benefits
- Measure partnership results and adjust strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years in the crypto space
- Experience building a KOL program
- Experience with crypto KOLs, especially traders
- Track record growing new users in competitive and regulated environments
- Experience working with partners globally
- Advanced crypto knowledge
- Existing relationships with crypto and adjacent industry influencers
- Experience with KOL management software
- Experience with large product suites
- Marketing analytics experience
- Creative thinking grounded in logic and data
