Leadership responsibility as HR Business Partner of Global Departments of Global Functions​

Close liaision and partnering with VP's and top management ​

Ensure clear alignment of people processes across the company​​

Ensure that the business is appropriately resourced for current and future needs by strategic and tactical workforce planning and recruitment​

Identify and develop the right capabilities and competences for future business needs​

Drive change initiatives from HR point of view​

Ensure consistent application of the Compensation and Benefits policies and processes​

Advise and give input to strategic development programs within the company
