Global HR Technology & AI Solutions Manager
About the role
This role combines HR digital transformation, AI solution design, and cross-market implementation. You will independently identify cross-border HR pain points and lead the end-to-end delivery of HR AI solutions—from business diagnosis and scenario design to production launch and value assessment—creating scalable and replicable outcomes. You will also drive the mid- to long-term HR AI technology roadmap in alignment with the global HR digital strategy and build reusable enterprise-level AI capabilities on top of mainstream global HR SaaS platforms, master data, and HR data warehouses.
Key responsibilities
Independently identify cross-border HR pain points covering multi-country employment compliance, expatriate management, global talent inventory, employee self-service, turnover risk prediction, regional workforce planning, and HR process optimization
Own end-to-end delivery from business diagnosis, scenario composition, AI solution design, production launch to value review
Drive mid-to-long term HR AI technical roadmap aligned with global HR digital strategy
Build enterprise-level reusable AI capabilities based on mainstream global HR SaaS systems, master data and HR data warehouse, covering HR RAG knowledge base, multi-lingual intelligent Q&A, HR process Agent automation, workforce intelligent insight and predictive models
Research global HR AI tools, LLMs and intelligent analytics technologies, complete technical evaluation, scenario POC and promotion
Standardize architecture documents, implementation templates and case studies to empower HR digital teams for capability reuse and iteration
Independently communicate with global HR stakeholders, SSC and overseas vendors, and align effectively with domestic teams
Deliver standardized documentation and outcomes via periodic sync with stable architecture and delivery results
About you
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Management, HR Digital Transformation, or a related discipline
At least five years of relevant experience in HR digital transformation, HRIS, People Analytics, enterprise digital transformation, or AI solutions
Experience in multinational companies, consulting firms, or HR SaaS providers
Good understanding of core HR processes, with the ability to proactively identify business pain points and translate them into practical data, automation, or AI solutions
Experience participating in or leading at least one successfully deployed HR AI, data analytics, or intelligent automation project, covering the full project lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design to POC validation, implementation, and post-launch review
Good understanding of technologies such as LLMs, RAG, intelligent agents, workflow automation, and data analytics, as well as the fundamentals of HR data, system integration, and access controls
Ability to work effectively with IT teams, developers, and external vendors
Strong platform-oriented and standardization mindset, with the ability to turn individual projects into reusable solutions, implementation templates, and best practices
Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to independently conduct requirements discussions, solution presentations, and documentation across countries, cultures, and time zones
Self-driven and results-oriented, with strong business acumen, project delivery, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
