Global HRIS Operations Senior Specialist

We are looking for a Global HRIS Operations Specialist to join our People & Culture organisation and be responsible for the day-to-day operations, continuous improvement, and governance of our Oracle Fusion HCM platform.

In this role, you will help ensure that our HR systems run smoothly, securely, and effectively while supporting system enhancements, quarterly releases, and the transition of new functionality into business-as-usual operations. You will play a key role in ensuring our HRIS platform remains stable, secure and continuously evolves to support Falck's global People & Culture strategy.

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field
• Experience working with global HRIS operations in a complex international organisation
• Strong understanding of global HR processes and how they are supported within Oracle Fusion HCM. and related HR disciplines
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM is highly preferred. Experience from other enterprise HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is also valuable, provided you are motivated to become an Oracle Fusion HCM expert. Experience with release management, system enhancements, and operational improvement
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset
• The ability to turn business needs into scalable and sustainable HRIS solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience from a global matrix organisation is an advantage
