Your main tasks:
- Lead and support workload measurement and capacity analysis initiatives to provide transparency on volumes, effort allocation, digitalization impact, and future scaling requirements.
- Coordinate and drive activities across process improvement, digitalization, and business transformation projects, ensuring effective execution, follow-up, and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as a key link between PSC, PMP, IT, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and operational requirements are properly represented.
- Support procurement process ownership through governance, standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Support implementation, testing, adoption, and enhancement of procurement systems and digital tools, including coordination of UAT and user feedback.
- Analyze operational data, KPIs, workload trends, and process performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency.
- Maintain and improve process documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories, ensuring consistency, knowledge retention, and operational clarity.
- Help build scalable and standardized ways of working to support future scope expansion, acquisitions, organizational growth, and long-term operational excellence.
Your ideal background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Shared Services, Procurement Excellence, Process Management, or similar functions.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience working with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, eCatalog solutions, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience supporting projects, process improvements, digital implementations, testing, or operational transitions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, workload analysis, and data-driven problem solving.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
