Conducting experiments to develop and optimize new product formulas. Using laboratory instrumentation to measure physical properties and predict product performance. Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting experimental data to assess formulation effectiveness. Translating scientific findings into actionable insights through clear, impactful presentations to management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
