(Global IT) Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior / Associate Cloud & DevOps Engineer who is passionate about cloud technologies and DevOps culture, with strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn. In this role, you will work under the guidance of senior engineers to assist in managing cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and supporting Kubernetes container environments. This is an ideal starting point to build hands-on experience in multi-cloud operations and modern DevOps practices.

【 Key Responsibilities 】

• Cloud Infrastructure Support: Assist in managing, monitoring, and maintaining cloud resources and network configurations across AWS, GCP, and Azure under senior guidance.
• Automation & CI/CD Pipelines: Help maintain existing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to support application deployment workflows.
• Containerized Operations: Support Docker container operations and Kubernetes cluster (EKS/GKE/AKS) application deployments and health checks.
• Infrastructure Automation: Learn and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible to write foundational scripts for automated provisioning.
• Monitoring & Escalation: Monitor platform metrics and logs (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Loki), helping perform initial troubleshooting and routine log analysis.
• Technical Documentation: Help document operational workflows, system change logs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
