(Global IT) Global Digital Commerce Project Manager

The Digital Commerce team at HTC drives our global web presence and worldwide online storefronts. We are looking for a high-caliber Project Manager to lead the seamless execution of our digital roadmaps. In this role, you will be a facilitator to collaborate with global stakeholders and development team, ensuring our e-commerce engine runs with precision. You are methodical, data-driven, possess the communication finesse to navigate a complex international landscape, and are equally comfortable diving deep into platform configurations and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead platform transformation: while running self-hosting commercial e-commerce platform, you will work with partners, engineering team, and regional users to map, optimize and transition end-to-end e-commerce business processes from legacy system to new architecture globally
• End-to-End Operations: Orchestrate stakeholders, business users, and engineering team to ensure web and e-commerce projects and operational works are delivered on time with the highest quality standards.
• Global Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between regional business units and vendors in multiple regions to ensure brand and functional consistency.
• Technical Configuration & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor web/e-comm performance and troubleshoot issues by collaborating with the engineering team to diagnose issues and implement scalable solutions.
