pladis Global is seeking an IT Operations Manager – Global Infrastructure (Network, Cloud/Server/IAM & DBA) to lead day-to-day global IT services from our UK hub. The role focuses on stable, secure infrastructure delivery across regions, strong governance, and collaboration with partners.

You will drive continual service improvement, manage incidents, and coordinate across vendor teams to ensure SLA/XLA targets are met while aligning with security and compliance requirements.
