Provides advice and counsel for decision-making and operational/strategic planning to support the overall growth strategy. Implements sales standards and defines guidelines for assigned customers/area(s)/product line(s). Plans, organizes, and directs all sales or sales operations activities and policies, including the management of several Sales teams within strategic/key account management or field sales.
