Description

Join Global Labour Law & Employee Relations and build your experience at the intersection of Employee Relations, labour law, data analysis and international project management.
In this role, you will help drive key projects across our global Employee Relations agenda, turning complex information and data into insights that support better organisational decisions. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Driving selected projects and workstreams from planning through execution and follow-up.
- Analysing US Employee Relations data and reporting to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Translating complex information into clear analyses, presentations and recommendations.
- Collaborating closely with Employee Relations colleagues in the US and other global stakeholders.
- Coordinating activities across countries and functions to ensure alignment and progress.
- Supporting the development of tools, processes, reporting and other Employee Relations initiatives.

The role offers a highly international environment where building relationships, influencing stakeholders and working across geographies are key to success.
What you’ll bring
You are curious, analytical and motivated by understanding how legal considerations, people priorities and business needs come together. You enjoy turning complex information into practical insights and building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A master's degree in Law (cand.jur.), Business Law (cand.merc.jur.), or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in using data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- An interest in employment law and Employee Relations, and how legal frameworks support business and people outcomes.
- The ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations, presentations and actionable insights.
- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence working across cultures, geographies and time zones, with the persistence to drive progress and collaboration.
