Global Legal & Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Support the General Counsel (Global Legal & Compliance)
• Draft, review, and manage international contracts, contract standards, and claims
• Handle corporate housekeeping and legal entity management, including corporate structures and board/shareholder documentation.
• Establish and further develop compliance structures, policies, and reporting.
• Oversee legal risk management, investigations, claims, and litigation
• Coordinate and manage external legal counsel
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, Treasury, POC/HR, IT & Operations

Profile

• Degree in Law, Business Law, or a comparable legal qualification
• More than 5 years of experience in Legal and/or Compliance, ideally in an international industrial environment
• Solid knowledge of corporate law, contract law, compliance, and corporate governance
• Strong methodological competence in Compliance Management, Corporate Governance, Contract Review, and Legal Risk Management
• Additional qualifications in compliance and data protection are an advantage
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Key personality traits: integrity, pragmatism, solution orientation, assertiveness, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality
