📋 Job Responsibilities

• Lead thermal design and optimization for both air-cooled and liquid-cooled electronic products, including AEC transceivers, cages, and liquid cooling solutions.
• Drive thermal architecture decisions and influence product design through simulation, analysis, and validation.
• Perform advanced thermal simulation and simulation-to-measurement correlation, developing and reviewing thermal validation strategies and test plans.
• Generate comprehensive thermal assessments and present design recommendations to internal teams and global customers.
• Research emerging cooling technologies (heatsinks, TIMs, cold plates, two-phase, liquid cooling) while mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement in thermal methodologies.

Requirements

🎯 Requirements & Skills

• Master's degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Typically 8+ years of hands-on thermal design and validation experience, preferably in server or high-power electronics applications.
• Strong experience with both air cooling and liquid cooling thermal solutions, including knowledge of cold plate manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with thermal simulation tools (FloTHERM, FloEFD, or Icepak) and CAD tools (NX, Creo, or SolidWorks).
• Strong English communication skills for leading technical discussions with global teams; bilingual (Mandarin & English) capability and experience with liquid cooling suppliers/system integrators a plus.
