Global Logistics Operations Specialist (EMEA/NA/SA/APAC)

工作說明

1. Manage regional hubs and 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring KPI performance and SLA compliance while monitoring daily logistics flows and resolving operational bottlenecks across the region.
2. Oversee inventory integrity across local repair centers and warehouses by monitoring spare parts availability, investigating inventory discrepancies, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinating annual physical inventory audits to ensure financial accuracy.
3. Lead or support warehouse sourcing initiatives, including RFQ analysis, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations to optimize logistics and warehousing operations.

1. Logical expression and data analysis are always the must
2. Project management skills, with capability of collaboration and conflict management to influence cross functional teams in multiple geographies
3. Strong knowledge of service and reverse logistics processes is preferred
