Global Maintenance Engineer — Reliability & Lifecycle

MSC Technology Italia is seeking a Maintenance Engineer with a background in mechatronics, mechanical, electronics, or industrial engineering to support maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle management of equipment across MSC's global operations.

The role involves coordinating maintenance activities with international teams, analyzing performance and failures, and driving improvements to asset availability and reliability.

Develop, implement, and improve preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. Coordinate remote maintenance and troubleshooting with local and international teams. Monitor equipment performance, availability, downtime, and failure trends. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and define corrective actions. Support diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronic, and electromechanical systems. Contribute to equipment lifecycle management and parts identification. Define and monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, downtime). Prepare technical documentation and maintenance procedures compliant with standards. Background in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering. Experience in maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle management. Ability to analyze equipment performance and coordinate cross-functional teams.
