As the Global Manager SQA Digital Insights, you will take ownership of shaping, developing, and driving the global Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) digital agenda. In this high-impact role, you will define and execute the digital strategy—leveraging emerging technologies and data-driven insights to elevate quality standards, mitigate risks, and maximize operational efficiency across our inbound supply chain.

You will act as a key strategic bridge across the enterprise, collaborating closely with Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS), Sourcing/Supplier Management (SM), Centers of Practice (CoPs), and broader Supply Chain leadership to co-create and implement a transformative SQA Digital Roadmap.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Co-create and drive the Global Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Digital Roadmap, leading end-to-end strategy implementation across digitalization and enterprise data management.
• Oversee the global SQA digital project pipeline, leading business case development, governance, and quantifiable value and benefit realization.
• Serve as a transformation leader, spearheading workstreams that leverage cutting-edge technologies (e.g., blockchain for end-to-end traceability, real-time monitoring, predictive risk analytics, and process automation) to enhance quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Craft and execute comprehensive digital adoption and communication strategies, championing modern Ways of Working (WoW) and seamless process transitions.
• Partner closely with Commercial, cross-functional, and cross-segment leadership to align priorities, drive integration, and influence key decision-makers.
• Cultivate relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and industry networks to bring outside-in innovation and best practices into the organization.

What are we looking for?

Basic qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science/IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• +10 years of experience in Digital Transformation, IT Business Relationship Management (BRM), Data Management, or Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Strong passion for systems, digital tools, and data architectures, with proven analytical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated track record in end-to-end project management, process optimization, and agile delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical concepts and business strategy for diverse stakeholder groups.

What will make you stand out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) or Enterprise Data Architecture.
• Background in Quality Management / SQA within a global or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with modern and emerging technologies: Power BI/Tableau, IoT, Machine Learning (ML), Predictive Analytics, or Blockchain.
• Working knowledge of risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with data analysis or statistical tools/languages (e.g., Python, R, JMP, SQL, or equivalent).
