Position: Global Marketing and Sales Performance Analyst (f/m/d)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Global Marketing and Sales Performance Analyst to join our global Marketing & Sales Finance team. In this role, you will provide financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support to help drive profitable growth and commercial excellence across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, partnering with business stakeholders, and transforming complex information into actionable recommendations. You will play a key role in supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management within a global and dynamic environment.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Analyze Marketing & Sales performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare regular financial and business performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for commercial functions.
  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, pricing, and margin development across products, customers, and regions.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders to provide financial guidance and challenge business assumptions.
  • Develop and maintain KPI frameworks to measure commercial performance and business objectives.
  • Perform variance analyses and provide clear explanations of financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
  • Support business case development, investment evaluations, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics tools, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 applications to improve reporting efficiency and business transparency.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting models, and performance management practices.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, or Business Performance Management.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Commercial organizations from a financial perspective.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and financial reporting tools. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2/C1 level).
