Global Mobile Computing R&D Director & Innovation Lead

Datalogic is seeking a Global R&D Director to lead the technology strategy and product development for its Mobile Business Unit, reporting to the Business Unit GM. The role oversees a full product lifecycle from concept to launch, driving quality, cost and time-to-market goals across international teams and ODM partners.

Define and execute the technology roadmap for Mobile Computing. Lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites (Italy/China/Vietnam/US). Manage R&D budgets, resources and external partnerships with ODMs. Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. 10+ years of R&D leadership experience in international organizations.
