Global Operations Manager
Description
We’re looking for a hands-on operator to drive consistency and continuous improvement across CTI’s growing global portfolio of cruise ports and terminals — partnering with local General Managers to raise the bar on safety, efficiency, guest experience, and cost performance, while respecting what makes each port unique. Working in close partnership with each terminal’s General Manager, you will provide portfolio-level tools, coordination, and visibility to help local teams strengthen performance while supporting CTI’s broader operational objectives. Work with local teams to establish meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarking that improve visibility, support decision-making, and track performance over time. Support General Managers and functional leaders in strengthening consistency across health, safety and environment, security, and compliance programs, while recognizing local operating and regulatory requirements. Help local teams establish service expectations, monitor third-party provider performance, and track follow-up actions and improvement opportunities. Provide planning tools, coordination, and portfolio experience to support new terminal openings, operational transitions, and major projects. Collaborate with General Managers, internal teams, and cruise-line stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and track guest-experience improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years in multi-portfolio operations, terminal, or port management — ideally across multiple
geographies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable with senior executives and external
stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Cruise, ports, hospitality, or infrastructure experience a plus.
