Global Partner Marketing Manager
What you’ll do
- Develop our global partner marketing strategy and build scalable structures, playbooks and co-marketing programs
- Plan and execute campaigns, webinars, events and content together with our partners
- Own the global partner marketing calendar and create toolkits that enable partners to run programs independently
- Manage partner relationships from a marketing perspective – from onboarding through ongoing activation
- Work with Field Marketing and Demand Generation to align partner programs with regional needs and pipeline goals
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, KPIs and reporting, and optimise programs based on performance and ROI
- Partner with Rev Ops to ensure clean partner attribution in Salesforce and share relevant insights with Marketing, Partnerships and Sales
What you bring
- Experience in B2B partner or channel marketing, ideally within SaaS, software or a similar tech environment
- Experience building or scaling partner programs and an understanding of ecosystems such as resellers, technology, integration or referral partners
- A strategic and hands-on approach – you develop concepts and turn them into campaigns and programs.
- Confidence working with marketing data, pipeline, attribution and ROI
- Strong relationship management skills with external partners and internal stakeholders
- A builder’s mindset, initiative and enthusiasm for creating structure from the ground up
- Excellent English communication skills and confidence working in an international environment
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or PRM platforms
- Experience with enterprise software, ITSM or a technical B2B environment
- International or multi-region partner marketing experience
- German language skills
