This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Partner Program Manager based in the United States.

This is a strategic program management role focused on building and scaling a global partner program across multiple regions.
You will help translate business objectives into structured plans, governance frameworks, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
The position works across operations, marketing, IT, legal, sales, finance, regional teams, vendors, and external partners.
You will play a central role in driving program adoption, consistency, performance tracking, and business impact across a complex global ecosystem.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong coordination across matrixed teams and time zones.
You will also help strengthen reporting, data visibility, segmentation, communications, and executive-level decision support.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the design, launch, governance, and ongoing management of a scalable global partner program.
  • Translate strategic program objectives into clear execution plans, milestones, dependencies, governance routines, and success measures.
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional workstreams involving operations, marketing, IT, legal, sales, finance, regional teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Manage program scorecards and impact metrics to monitor adoption, performance, progress, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance and IT to establish consistent reporting processes, dashboards, data definitions, and measurement methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence to refine segmentation based on program eligibility, business insights, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Track project dependencies, risks, milestones, and deliverables to maintain alignment and execution across regions.
  • Prepare clear stakeholder communications, program updates, launch summaries, executive briefings, and decision-support materials.
  • Establish effective governance and operating routines that promote accountability, consistency, and continuous program improvement.
  • Support partner-focused initiatives such as incentives, enablement, loyalty programs, and channel governance where applicable.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
    • 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience, in partner programs, channel management, program management, sales operations, marketing operations, or strategic business execution.
    • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, dependency tracking, risk management, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and follow-through.
    • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives across regions, time zones, and matrixed organizational structures.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-ready updates, presentations, and decision materials.
    • Strong ability to translate broad strategic objectives into practical execution plans and measurable outcomes.
    • Outcome-oriented mindset with a strong bias toward action, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Experience with partner incentives, enablement programs, loyalty initiatives, or channel program governance is preferred.
    • Experience within IT distribution, technology ecosystems, cloud marketplaces, or partner-led go-to-market environments is preferred.
    • Proficiency with data analysis, dashboards, reporting platforms, and program performance measurement tools.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

      • Annual hiring range of $121,300–$175,009.56.
      • Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
      • Target incentive compensation, where applicable, will be finalized at the time of offer.
