Summary:
The Global PR Manager is responsible for executing Huda Beauty's global PR and communications strategy, elevating both brand and founder visibility across media, culture, and social ecosystems. Reporting to the PR Director, this role sits at the intersection of earned media, marketing, and cultural moments, translating the founder's vision into consistent, high-impact narratives on a global scale.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Execute PR strategy & founder vision
Execute the global PR roadmap defined by the PR Director
Translate the founder’s vision and voice into strong, consistent narratives
Support the elevation of both brand equity and founder profile globally
Ensure consistency across corporate and brand communications - Marketing coordination & amplification
Act as a connector between PR and marketing teams (social, influencer, content, brand)
Ensure PR moments are fully amplified across all channels
Coordinate launches and campaigns to maximise visibility and coherence
Drive integration between earned media and marketing activations - Media relations & visibility
Build and manage relationships with top-tier global media
Secure impactful coverage across traditional press (e.g. Vogue, Business of Fashion, WWD), digital and cultural platforms
Support founder visibility through interviews, profiles, and speaking opportunities
Drive strong share of voice and consistent media presence - Modern PR, cultural moments & innovation
Ensure PR stories translate into social relevance and reach
Work closely with teams managing platforms like Instagram and TikTok
Contribute to and execute non-traditional PR ideas, activations, and “hack” moments
Identify opportunities to create talkability, cultural relevance, and earned buzz
Support amplification through creators, partnerships, and real-time cultural trends - Measurement & sentiment tracking
Monitor and report on visibility and reach, founder and brand authority, share of voice, and sentiment (industry and consumer)
Use insights to continuously refine execution and impact
Requirements
Experience
5–8+ years in PR / communications within beauty, luxury, fashion, or FMCG
Experience across both agency environment (pace, clients, media relationships) and in-house / brand side (ownership, long-term strategy)
Experience working in or with founder-led brands or high-profile personalities is a strong plus
Exposure to global markets and media ecosystems
